I popped around to my neighbours for a BBQ tonight.  I sent this image to Paula @vegan retreat central, she did not seem impressed….

If the cooks there are anything at all like the vegan cooks I’ve known, than she’s not missing out on anything G. I’ve had it explained to me that a vegan diet involves more ingredients and more effort, but results in meals that are actually more satisfying and nutritious. And the people who told me this didn’t just talk; they made me believe it with their cooking…

All that said she could also be at a “go to McDonalds, order a cheese burger, and tell em to take out the cheese and burger” retreat…

I am going out to see her at the weekend, I have rented a car.  That way I can choose what & when  I eat and drink…..

I'm at at the dry vegan retreat with Paula.  I rented a car and busted her out last night.  She had a Vodka tonic, I had beer and Tapas…...There is quite a queue forming for the 2 other seats when I bust her out again tonight.....
