Cutting in the last deep edge on the lawn for the year. Rebuilt White’s Bounty Hunters. They used to be 12E, all smooth, 700 V-bar sole w/a steel toe for work.
Now they’re 12D Smooth over R/O. Unstructured toe & Vibram 430 mini-lug sole. My go-to pair of chore boots.

A few weeks ago a post in a FB group I belong in shared a sale at a website I'd never heard of. White's hand lasted MP's $399. A $720 boot on sale with an 18 week lead time as of this writing for $579. After the welcome coupon the cost was $351 shipped. What a score. The collection grows. It helps that I just sold a pair of jeans for nearly the same amount. Even Steven?

@Denimhead-0 nice score, snagged the same ones. However due to small size mine ended up being MTO. Visited Whites last spring while in Spokane playing hockey. Snagged some nice MP’s in Cinnamon Waxed Flesh. They waxed look great out of the box and age into something amazing.

Yes only 14 pairs total. If I recall, maybe a week ahead of time they announced they would have them.

I looked at them right when they were released and told myself I didn’t need them. Went back to the site the next day told myself if they were still there I would buy them. This is a game I play way too often.
