I think that fit looks perfect, Finn. No need for more taper IMO.

thanks girl. when the jacket is closed though, it's a bit bulky in the back and under the armpits. also the opening is a tiny bit wide when zipped up (guess that's what G. improved on the 2nd sample)…
for now though, i'm a happy little pig (as seul would say!)

The Cafe Racer without a collar is the first Aero sample that I ever gave Haraki.  The zip had failed, so we got Will to replace with a really nice Riri zipper

Yes it will be.  Hides are with Will at the moment and he is making a third sample for me.  This time with the actual hides we will use.  I will use that one to take orders…..

It is not.  I am specifically doing this with super special leathers that I have sourced from a tiny little tannery in France.
