, just need a breaking-in process thats all. G-San's plan to skived them is what you're looking for. I would say go for it!well that's what i've ment…not looking for a hard and sturdy leather. want something less "brutal" that let's me move around as if i wouldn't wear a thing...but the "G-method" sounds good to me. Going to wait and see how things are going to turn out once G receives his sample (thanks for answering G.!).

Love the Simmons Bilt Friday! I keep looking at those on the AL site, but couldn't decide if that style would work for me, but your fit pic has convinced me it would - just need to decide whether to spec one from AL or go for G's option…
