• A few more sizing tweaks.
• Vintage FQHH for cuff gusset.  It is softer and less bulky than normal FQHH, so will make a cleaner cuff
• Addition of zip (or wind) guard

And Rafa, its not bulky at all buddy, its the leather, hard and sturdy , just need a breaking-in process thats all. G-San's plan to skived them is what you're looking for. I would say go for it!

well that's what i've ment…not looking for a hard and sturdy leather. want something less "brutal" that let's me move around as if i wouldn't wear a thing...but the "G-method" sounds good to me. Going to wait and see how things are going to turn out once G receives his sample (thanks for answering G.!).
