        To make some grilled fish and sea food in summer time with family & friends is the thing i like the most to do where i come from. Everything is local made. Oil, vegetables, gress, fishing,octopus and sea food catching, me…

                      Went to Odd Duck the other day for my birthday, really enjoyed everything there.
                      Didn't photograph everything because some of it was just too good. We had 5 plates and then a few desserts.
                      Menu:

                      Pretzel with pig face carnitas, cheddar, fried egg puree.

                      Smoked fun-guy pizza.

                      Pork belly, pecan jerk glaze and sweet potato cake. Probably the highlight of the meal.

                      Since it was my birthday they brought me this Texas-sized vanilla and honey fortune cookie.

                      Finished off with a coffee croissant, topped with pecans, whiskey and milk jam.

                          Don't get me wrong, Austin's a cool town, but don't neglect Houston's food scene.  It's amazing, and the only thing about this city that I unreservedly love.

                            Houston has some great food that's for sure.
                            I think a lot of the food in Austin is a little overhyped, just because of the nature of the food scene here.

                                    I love breakfast. My breakfast always consists of a sandwich/bun/baguette (bread) and black coffee. Trying to mix things up. What goes well with black coffee? What do you eat for breakfast? I'm not gonna cook anything every morning, so nothing warm!

                                        Not much good grub in our locale, so here is some superb stuff from a week or so ago in Barcelona. Wild Boar brik with Fois Gras and Baby Squid with ink mayo… bloody lovely.
