Since losing about 30lbs/13+kg with the intention of staying that old self, I find myself in shirts a bit too big.  I washed my wabash hot and got about 1cm shrinkage P2P.  Truth is, I needed more and so just sprang for this work shirt (in black) to size down.  Because IH shirts like this are so substantial I think a proper fit is even more important because of drape of the weightier shirt.  With rayon or light chambrays you can kinda' get away with the flow a bit more, at least imo.  It's gonna end up being expensive but worth it.  I live in these IH shirts now.

Thanks @neph93 and @profdbrk for the info.  I own the western version and wish the P2P was just a tad smaller.  Since the work shirt version is wider I was hoping a hot wash will shrink the P2P just enough to be not so baggy.

I may have made the mistake of having a quick look at the numbers of these available thismorning, only to see that there was just 1 L left (there was 6 last time I checked)…

I panicked and spent $285 I wasnt planning on spending 😃

They tend to go quick in L and XL these days. While unplanned 285USD purchases are pretty scary/uncomfortable you will most likely thank your reckless self down the line [emoji1] It is normally the case for me.

@neph93 Oh i dont regret it one bit. Have been wanting one of these bad boys for a while now so it was inevitable when I saw that restock notification.

Havent taken my IHSH-33 since I got it maybe 3 months ago and its only just starting to show hints of the beginnings of a fade. Now I will have to add this one to the rotation!

Shirt fades are a different business in my experience, because of the need to wash more regularly and because they get rotated more. But the same applies. Wear, work, wash, repeat. It is a gentler but no less rewarding process.

I soak it with the shower head thoroughly then do 40C on low spin (600-800rpm). Air dry on a hanger.

                                          I can hear you @JDelage .
                                          Thinnner… yes.
Sharp ... yes. Used a 500 sandpaper to ease the edges.
                                          Less hefty... perhaps.

But I was looking at this workshirt for a long time, never had the opportunity to get the old one. Think it was the only chance to get some Aluminum buttons, that I always identified as something special.

The IHSH-266 is on its way and coming close.
