I am very sorry to have inadvertently ignited a flame on the cotton/poly stitching.

Now, giving  to Caesar what is Caesar's, and to God what is God's (Matthew 22: 15-22), here's a pic of my 634sr. As you can see, they are showing exactly the same problem that I found in my S0110XJII. Not noticed before.

yeah that's natural and 'normal'. good thing is, that stitching isn't really important and you can fix it easily

I have determined that cotton stitching is for the birds..

a little over a month in my S0500XX and my rear left pocket is coming loose.

I guess that's intentional though, based on the info Blue in Green has on their site:
