They cant ALL be like Lance....lol
"Lance Stroll famously returned to race in the 2023 Bahrain Grand Prix just 12 days after suffering multiple fractures in a severe cycling accident."
He even finished P6. -

@WhiskeySandwich
That's a good one!

Touché!! -
He IS consistently starting from the back of the pack and DNFing, yes. Lance gets a bad rap, the problem is clearly Newey, and his Honda-powered Aston....
If it weren't for Alonso having the same problems.....
-
@WhiskeySandwich just goes to show that even in formula 1 medication, prescribed or not, will give you an unfair advantage

poor cars can't handle a little bit of water

I did a walking tour of Monaco yesterday. Max, Charles and Lance all have an apartment in this place

Apparently it is Lance's favourite place to crash

-
As seen in Monaco marina
-
@Bridger I remember them doing the parade this year and Max is on camera pointing out to one of the younger drivers exactly which apartment was his. lol
-
Ha, @alexxedge, it is a very small world in F1.
About half the grid are residents of Monaco and as pro sportspersons they also don't have to spend 183 days there a year to retain status, so who knows how much time they are actually there. [There are nicer places to live]

Sis and brother in law, regrettably not fans, found themselves in Singapore this past weekend.
-
@Giles I think they were there for some crypto thing, which itself I’m guessing was there and then for the race. They’re making their way around the world right now for a series of work and art things. I encouraged them to see if they could walk the pitlane, check out hospitality, and at least see some of the race from the Marina Sands but not sure what all they did.
-
Ah. Well then they’re wherever the Bahrain Malaysia GP was then, and heading to Singapore after that.
