        Thank u very much 🙂

Anyone ever had sterling silver develop a yellow/gold ish color?
Wondering if it’s because of the contact between the buffalo nickel and the feather…

Also, what’s the easiest way to clean it?

Hey guys, not sure if this is the place to ask it but I figured you lot would know.

I have a Good Art model 25 ring and all sorts of who-knows-what gets caught up in the 50,000 holes that it has.  I think it's just soap or gunk or whatever.  Anyhow, what's the best way of cleaning this?  I usually get a small paperclip like object to get the gunk out but it takes forever.  I'm sure there's a better way.

Maybe bring it to a local jeweler and have it steam cleaned.

@scarfmace This ring is from www.deadringer.com It’s called Crazy Eights because the Eight Ball eyes spin when you put the ring on and you never know how they’ll line up.

That's the first thing to come to mind.  I'm going to research it.  If I can find a small, relatively inexpensive one, I may go that route.

@Paul9221 I own this US cleaner I use to wash my 3d printed parts in rubbing alcohol. Works like a charm. They have a smaller one too. But if you're gonna invest $60 in a US cleaner you might as well get the big one.

That's fantastic!  Thanks!  My wife is gonna beat my ass for buying it if she finds it. Gotta squirrel it away somewhere…I'll let you know if I pick it up.

Was considering buying another GAH ring, need a way to keep this stuff clean.

I’ve written here before (and I may have mentioned it in a certain podcast), but a lot of how I dress and what I wear references my teens. For example, I’ve been enjoying silver jewellery for over 30 years.

My ex-wife was cleaning house recently and discovered these which I thought I’d lost forever. The Celtic cross was bought 29 years ago, and the trinity knot was one of my first and most beloved pieces of silver. I bought it 31 years ago.

The trinity knot didn’t leave its chain, or my neck for about 18 years and has worn to the point where it probably needs repairing pretty damn quick:

Glad those pieces found their way back to you!

These are my main daily go-to pieces:

Other than the Tiffany T ring, everything is pretty much flea market or antique mall finds. T Tiffany ring was a replacement wedding band my wife pick up for me in NYC for our 5 year anniversary, since my older one was too tight. Going on…13 or 14 years now I think  😎

I also sometimes wear this one, that I picked up for about $20 and it looks like this one from one of my fav albums, Replacements "Pleased to Meet Me":

                                            Wants List:
                                            IHSH-20-Red, XL
