Our collection of leather goods made by the master craftsmen at Obbi Good Label has grown considerably of late. Each of their wallets is cut and tightly stitched by hand.
We have chosen mid-size wallets with rein attachment, elegant billfolds, travel wallets, and coin pouches.
The Boondocker Wallet is inspired by the boots issued to the US Marines throughout WWII. They have adapted the pattern from the back on the boots, putting it on the backbone of the wallet. They come in Latigo Horween, Japanese Natural Top Grain, and Black Aniline cowhide leathers.
They have 4 visible and 3 hidden card slots, a zipper compartment, bill slot, and leather rein attachment.
The A2 Mid-Wallets have a unique shape with snap closures and are ideal for keeping multiple cards and notes in a neat and organized layout, in true Eastern style. Available in the same leather choices as the Boondocker wallets. They contain 4 visible and 2 hidden card slots, a top down bill slot, and zipper compartment.
The Long Trucker wallets are based on a bygone time when work pants had deep pockets to hold big wide wallets. They have 3 card slots, a bill slot, and zipper compartment. Ring-rein attached. All are veg-tanned Black, Natural, and London Tan.

The Condor mid-wallet is a classic design from the Condor Series with Concho snap closure. Made from veg-tanned cowhide this wallet will darken and age beautifully with time. 4 visible and 2 hidden card slots, zipper compartment and top down bill slot.

Two "heavy" arrivals this week. The Iron Heart IHSH-76 can be worn as a substantial shirt or over sized as a jacket. It is made with 17 oz. indigo selvedge denim. It comes with large copper snaps and twill lined cuffs, collar stands and side pocket linings.
The Indigofera Iconic Japanese fleece hoody features a warm off-white waffle knit lining and comes in charcoal. It has a raglan sleeve construction and is super warm.

Danny, what's your experience between L and XL of the 3sixteen tees? I wear an L in grey but thinking about the XL in White.. happy with the fit, just a little to slim on the L-chest…
Also mate, I notice your sizing measurements on the iHSH33 slightly differ to the IH site - am I missing something!?

@shego the XL is only an inch larger in the chest compared with the L 3sixteen tee so it could give you the extra room you're after.
We measure the shoulders and length of shirts slightly differently to IH. We measure length from the top of the front of the garment by the collar to the hem which usually gives a slightly shorter reading.
If you're interested in a particular size of the IHSH-33 we can measure it the IH way and send you a pm with the findings. -
The Mister Freedom Okinawa CPO shirt comprises of 50% cotton and 50% sugar cane fibre. The fabric exudes character with its abundant nep and slub. A must have shirt for anyone serious about their denim. It is made using an 11 oz left hand twill denim, with olive green 100% cotton stitching, black anchor buttons, in a military uniform fit.
It will shrink down one size. James is wearing a medium in the photo. He would choose a large to wear personally. (83 kg and 188cm)

We also received a large restock of 3sixteen jeans. This includes the shadow selvedge in slim tapered and straight fits as well as the 30BSP. A great jean for those who need room on the thigh and a taper to a narrow leg opening.

Hiut Denim Co Hacks Rivet & Hide's Window Space
Knit is a local creative technology agency. They are one group of people who truly live up to this widely used title. They have utilised the window space at our Windmill Street store to create an installation, which allows potential customers to hear the story of Hiut Denim and the product details as they interact with different parts of the product by touching the relevant icons on the outside of the window.
This is the first time that conductive ink has used through glass and as part of an in-store retail installation. As people walk past the store a sensor detects their proximity and a random audio sample using transducer speakers on the window encourages them to find out about the story about Hiut Jeans. For example, “Our town is making jeans again. Touch the window to find out more.”
The icons represent different parts of the brand story and are painted onto the inside of the window using conductive ink, with wires on the inside of the window linking to the relevant parts of the product. Inside the pair of jeans includes various Arduino microcontroller units to control the audio samples and triggers.
The conductive ink is able to detect the change in the capacitance as the person touches the window icon, which in turn triggers the circuit to play the relevant audio sample. As well as audio, light bulbs are also triggered to switch on to create visual impact.

To coincide with the launch of the conductive ink window installation we have restocked all of Hiut Denim Jeans.
We have also introduced the new SlimR fit which is exactly what the name suggests. A slimmer version of the Slim cut with a narrow leg opening. The Japanese selvedge comes from Kuroki as before. The new denim has a slight green cast and a touch of slub.

We currently open Saturdays 1100-1800 and close Sundays but from 30th November until Christmas we will open on Sundays too. We'll announce the exact hours nearer the time across all social media platforms including the most important one of all: here.
