Indonesia will always have a special place in my memories. Some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. And Java was otherworldly beautiful to me with the volcanos, water falls and temples.

Just got back from a week and a half in Hong Kong, Rugby 7s was the anchor for the trip but went with some friends who were born in HK and grew up in Vancouver, also did two days in Guangzhou.

What an amazing city, rivals Tokyo for me, maybe a little too focussed on the high end brand name fashion for my tastes but that wasn't all neighborhoods. Food was absolutely amazing, discovered that pigeon is delicious, also Mantis shrimp isn't as good as I imagined it to be.
