Loggong in to Website/Forum

Hi Guys,

Has anyone had issues with Log in on Iron Heart website vs. the Forum?

Maybe it's just me but, the forum seems a little clunky and won't let me log in on my phone. I can log into the website on both but, I can only log into the Forum on my desktop; not my phone. Am I missing something? The Forum is not the same log in as the website?

I've tried serval variations email/username etc. which evidently led to me be temporarily being blocked.

Not really sure what the work around is... do I need to create a separate log in profile just for my phone?

@Merv the forum and IHUK websites are different entities on different platforms. You will need separate logins for both

As far as logging on to the forum goes, it works fine on both mobile and desktop for me.

Hey guys, hope you’re doing great!

I’m having a little problem logging into the shop with my email address. I also tried resetting my password, but I never get the email with the instructions.
Any idea what I should do? Should I just sign up again?

I realized I had a major problem with the Mail app on my computer, but I managed to reactivate the account using my phone.
