IHJ-148-IVO - 10oz Kurashikizome
Organic Cotton Duck Chore Jacket - IvoryFall/Winter ’25 introduces a new chore jacket cut to the lineup, blending practicality with contemporary style. This season’s models feature a more versatile pocket layout than previous Iron Heart coveralls, and a slimmer, more flattering silhouette. Key features of this updated cut include flapless chest pockets complete with a pen holder (inspired by our signature work shirts) and large flap-down waist pockets that double as side-entry handwarmers. Each pocket is secured with oversized snap fastenings for quick access, while the main placket uses heavy-duty tack buttons for strength.
This model is cut from 10oz organic cotton duck canvas, creating a lightweight but highly durable chore coat. Environmentally friendly and sustainably sourced, the 100% organic cotton is farmed without synthetic pesticides or fertilisers, resulting in longer, stronger fibres. Once spun into yarns, the cotton is then dyed under the eco-friendly Japanese Kurashikizome
certification. This dyeing process is free from harmful chemicals and uses minimal resources, with all wastewater thoroughly purified before being returned to the ocean. The result? A long-lasting workwear fabric that meets the needs of the environmentally conscious wearer.XS-XXXXL

@Mister_Brue Kurashikizome
is the name of the reactive dyeing process. 'Zome' means dye and Kurashki is where it's carried out. It's a type of reactive dyeing. What makes it special is that it complies with overseas environmental standards that are stricter than those in Japan -
Incoming... looks like this and the black version will be the first releases of F/W25.

I bloody knew it.

Looks like one to go with one's normal UHF size on, but I'd be grateful if the Crew could confirm their thoughts once they've had the chance to try-on...?

@JoshC Thanks mate. I'm prepared to take your word for it, but if you guys felt like getting snappy with the camera, fit pics would be appreciated.

@EdH Here you go mate, this is me wearing the 3XL vs a 2XL with a thick-ish jumper, personally I would go with the 3XL, having the ability to layer with this kind of piece I think is important. It feels a tad too snug trying to layer on the 2XL, but if I was just going to wear a T-shirt it would be okay as photo'd below.
