Hi. The loyalty voucher issue is not fixed yet I presume? I can’t find mine anywhere.

@Signal11 it's not, but they are all functional and we emailed everyone their codes a couple of weeks ago. Guessing you havent missed any emails from us (worth checking spam just in case, but you should receive our emails from your past order correspondence..) ? If not, drop an email over please and one of the guys can help you out first thing in the morning.

Thanks @Alex I will send an e-mail to the crew. Something is wrong. I receive mails about my orders, but I didn’t receive any mails on my vouchers this year. Not a couple of weeks ago and also not in February, when we normally get the notification of loyalty vouchers. Not in spam either. Found out via the old website voucher page, I had some…

When I search the term “Hall of Fades” a link to the page comes up in the search, which is great. But when I click that link, it doesn’t take me to the page..
Just thought I’d point that out

@goosehd Here is what I am seeing. When I click the left link, it doesn’t take me to the HoF page. It just takes me to a page to sign up for the email list.
I was trying to quickly reference the Hall of Fades page and so I tried searching for it and this was the result. Not sure if this is even an issue or just me over thinking.

When I add a PERSONAL TEXT/MESSAGE at the checkout at the payment process and I get the order confirmation E-mail my text is missing in the confirmation.
So I am not sure if my information has reached IH UK team.
This is especially a problem because I am not located in the UK. I would like to avoid mistakes in the order processing because sending back and forth to the UK is expensive. So it would be good to see my order message text in the order confirmation E-Mail-
My workaround was to send a reply to IH UK with my order confirmation,

On the old site there was a step during check out where you could leave a message for the crew@AdamJ can look into this, we have some other adjustments to make on the checkout page so will see what is possible. Is perhaps down to the shop app's quick checkout.
should we just email the crew referencing the order for a request like this now?
For now, yes please. You get an order conf email from us, just reply to that please (it should send to shop@ironheart.co.uk)
Also, I found it really useful to be able to buy return shipping as a stand anlone item in the event I wanted to send something back to IHUK for maybe a retrofit snap upgrade or hemming. Will there be a way to do that in the new system?

@goosehd I did find the wishlist very usefull because I collected interesting IH goods in my wishlist and order then together. Every order costs 20 EUR, so I prefer Collective order.Another advantage is to start the order from the wishlist. Then I don´t have to go thru the whole shop to find the certain goods again. They are already marked/saved in the wishlist.
I think telling the customers the advantages of a wishlist is better than to wait for a potential user response , especially when a user cannot imagine the advantages.
Look at amazon. The wishlist there is a powerful function and sure improves the sale volumes .
The old function was a bit hidden on the site.
