So i have been wearing these maybe only once a week or so due denim championship commitments but every time i do i love them more and more. There is some light grey coming through in the high wear areas. I know these won't fade much and i am more than happy as the colour is awesome as it is. Great job IH crew.

@Giles I know you said last year that there were no plans to restock these but has that changed by any chance? These look like a killer pair and I think it's a shame they aren't one of the extant items.

The most interesting denim I own to be for sure @madmonday
Fading changes from day to day. When I take them out of the washer, it looks like I have washer marks. A week later they are gone. Certain spots fade purplish grey, some grey, and the belt fades are a brownish grey, but then in a different light they still look black.
Right now I am wearing a freshly washed pair with what looks like tons of washer marks and most of my old whiskers, etc gone. Every week is like a new experience.
So, I think I get what you are saying. They don't remind me very much of normal denim.

Wearing these more often now although that might change as the warm weather gets here.

This is such a different denim from anything else I have seen
I had mine slimmed down by railcar so not much of a 634 cut anymore.

Think I am starting to get somewhere with some kinda fades happening. Going to subtle that's for sure

I am still confused with what this denim is meant to do fade wise! Sometimes or lights i think the black has faded to grey but then i move and it all changes!!
Has anyone else put any real time into a pair yet? -

Just dragged mine out of the cupboard today. Hardly worn them, but I think I'll make them this winter's go-to pair.

While the fading is subtle, it's definitely there.
In some lights I can see it like any pair of jeans. In others they just look flat grey. -
I like how those are looking!
