Im not crazy about sashiko but 21oz and jacquard weave? Hell yes . The IH difference.

I kept getting the "was held for 15 minutes" message too but finally got through after repeated tries. Really curious about sizing on this one — I went with XXL, which I've never done in anything, but the pics of the model wearing an XL looked pretty snug. Hey, we'll see!

Wow. Tried to check out and it was gone from my cart(L) I ran to ironshop provisions and got one but I would to have liked to check measurements with them like they do here

@Denimminer I think going off the IH measurements will hold true for the stock at ISP...I always use IHUK as the last word in measurements when I buy from another shop.

@Mizmazzle hope so, was 2nd guessing myself since snakeoilprovisions says this runs small and to size up and then some people in the thread said they sized up. The measurements posted here seem fine though so I guess we'll see. I DM ironshop provisions to double check.

@Denimminer Yeah the size up advice threw me a bit too. I went with my normal size of large...the measurements posted here seem spot on for me...I think this fabric will soften up a lot too so should be money once it breaks in.

@weftyarn your sizing up definitely made me think a bit. What’s your height/weight if you don’t mind sharing? I think we’re probably about the same. Like I said, the XL on the model looked too snug for my taste and he’s a bit smaller than I am. Odd too bc I usually wear L in work.

@Anesthetist Yea...I went with my normal size...hope it's not too small haha...the dims are right on the money for how I like my shirts though so barring the fabric being ultra crisp I feel good about it.

@weftyarn it suits you very well my friend , I listened to you and I also took an S, I think that in this case it is better to go with a slightly larger size than usual

Also went with normal size. Shoulders, chest and length seemed typical compared to other XXLs I have. I haven't accounted for the fabric though, as I am a newbie to sashiko so maybe that will trip me up. Just hoping the crew can source me an extra metre in the arm length
