What are the care instructions for this garment? Can they be ironed, etc?

@jevans41 Here is the care label on the shirt, so 40 degree machine wash, no tumble, no dry clean and low to medium heat on the iron is best, I would note that when ironing I would personally ensure you iron inside out, I wouldn't iron over the patch directly, if you do I would put a something over the top like a kitchen towel.
