@Germinal Personally I just removed those from the hem on my M65s, never use them. Kept the drawstrings at the waist though. (Just untie one end and pull it out).

I don't think it was s design choice as such, I think it is a nod to the original.

That said, I don't like them flapping around and find them super annoying. So I cinch the hem to the diameter I like (I'm never going to need to adjust it, the way I wear stuff anyway), knot the cord at the cord exit points and then cut off the dangly bits.

Be careful doing that, as I’m finding that as we get older there are a lot more dangly bits that can get in the way

@dk8594 most likely in line w other M65 sizing but usually about a week out from release, a sizing chart will be posted on this thread

It's kind of irrelevant until the production run, tweaks are often made to cut, and sizing is sometimes completely off.
