So, aside from the selvedge, is the fabric significantly different than the non-selvedge 21 oz Superblack (e.g., 9634Z)?

@BlueBlood It is superseding the "Z" (for zip) denim, which had a zip fly. This version has a button fly.

Yes, both 21oz superblack denims, this one has selvedge and a button fly. Haven't got any of the old stuff to hand to compare but, with a blindfold on, you wouldn't know the difference in hand @Jett129
