We did it boys!!! Haha I almost uploaded yesterday’s attempt which was just cereal with sliced strawberries. A step above ladyfingers & coffee, sure. But just couldn’t set myself up for more disappointment.

@twin yep & no one does this better and as consistently good than McDonald’s. Probably my favourite thing on their menu.

I’ve looked it up before things around 100 g of protein. I don’t track anything. I just keep it high level. I’m not trying to build a bunch of muscle at this point, just maintain what I’ve got as I get older.
At this stage it’s basically: eat decent, get enough protein, stay active, and try not to fall apart.
