I listened to the Iron Cast episode with Rueben tonight. What a great conversation. What I love the most about this community is how much shared background we all seem to have. Everyone is courteous to a fault and quick witted as all hell. I’ve never, ever experienced a “I’m cooler than you” vibe from anyone on this forum…the complete opposite actually. Just some of the most genuine and humble people one could hope to chat with. Rueben has unfailingly captured that essence. After listening to his interview I was left with a deeper love for how special this all is. He gave a shout out to Mike in that interview, too. I was really moved by the depth of connection this place has fostered for so many. Thanks Rueben and Filthy for helping to create something so pure. I’m just glad to be a small part of it.

I'm sorry to hear about that, Reuben, and I hope that you're in a better place soon. I have extended family members and friends with similar challenges, so I know how difficult this can be. Thanks for all that you've done as moderator here. I appreciate the help that you've given me in selecting IH products and for setting a tone of positivity in this forum. I look forward to your return on the new forum, whenever that may be.
Also wanted to give a belated thanks to @goosehd for taking over moderator duties. This means that we're still in good hands and that things are a little easier for Reuben now. A win-win.
