Glad I found the Zerrows thread! I was thinking of ordering a pair of Sabot Sandals and their casual Boneakers. Anyone have experience with those? I’m US 10 sneaker, 9.5 RW boot. I checked out the size guide on Zerrows and it is a little difficult to grasp exactly how these run. Thanks!

@sweetlou ,for ref. I am 7.5E in wesco and 7.5 in Rw ironranger , and i got the zerrows boneakers Chelsea in 7.5E , due to the taper last of Chelsea my last toe felt tight , should have upsize to 8E .. my 2 cents tho ..

@steelydan Thanks Steely…appreciate the insight. I ordered my TTS this morning (opps!)…I reached out to Zerrows and they recommended a 10 in the Boneakers and Sabot…we’ll see, I went with the Boneakers sneaker style which has more of a rounded toe box..hoping that makes the difference. Fingers (toes) crossed!

I believe you should be fine going for a 10 , and if its loose for the boneakers , you can always add a comfy insole . I am also ordering the sabot later this year , do post pic and let me know how it goes .

Here's some pictures of my zerrows sandals, about two years old, pretty much only wear these as "house shoes" but if I go somewhere warm on holidays I'll bring them along...

@VoodooRay hot damn! Did you expect the sandals to darken? Looks great in both shades, but that brand new kelly green is awesomesauce.

@Autorotate Hey, I did expect them to darken somewhat, but not as much as they did, I have some John Lofgren combat boots in olive green, although they're made from different leathers, they darkened a lot and are quite brown now. I actually prefer the zerrows in the shade they are now but would have preferred the Lofgrens to stay a bit more greenish.

@cityofdelusion I have both and can double check for you when I get home but I am pretty positive I wear a 43 in Bostons and a 9 w/ my slit sandals. Between the two, the Birks feel like a Toyota Corolla and the Zerrows feel like an H-1. They are mega overbuilt!

@Anesthetist Thank you! That is very kind of you. I wear 41 in Arizonas and 42 in Bostons. My Bostons have a slight bit more room in the length than my Arizonas. Based on your statement, I should probably get a US 8 in the Slits then

@cityofdelusion check the Zerrows site for the slit sandal before you order, their info is pretty solid.

@cityofdelusion this pair of woolies are a 42 but my leather Bostons are a 43. My Zerrows are a 9 and fit similarly to my 43’s IMO.

@Anesthetist I had of course checked every measurement guide Zerrows has before posting here, but needed a second "real life customer" experience/opinion. Yours helped me a lot, thank you for going the lengths to help me!
Based on my foot tracing which I've compared with Zerrow's size guide, as well as your comparative information regarding the Bostons, I've decided that I should go for a size US 8. Hope it works out :hand_with_index_and_middle_fingers_crossed:
Edit: I really like the arch support that the Birkenstocks have. Once you break them in, they feel super comfortable. Do the Slits have any arch support that is similarly good?

Anyone on here order some slit sandals? I ordered end of November 2022 and still waiting. Knew at the time it was a pre order and they would start shipping in May 2023. Just wondering if any orders are being delivered or if I should reach out to them.
