New member here – and I realise I’m about to ask what is probably a very familiar question, so appreciate your patience.

I’ve recently fallen down the Iron Heart rabbit hole and have been slowly figuring out fits, fabrics and the whole philosophy behind the brand. After trying a couple of pieces, I can definitely see why the UHFs get so much love.

The one that really caught my eye is (of cause) the 20th Anniversary Ultra Heavy Flannel. I know it’s a long shot and that these don’t come up often, but I figured this would be the right place to ask.

Also, if there are any tips on where these tend to surface (forum, specific resale channels, timing of releases, etc.), I’d really appreciate the guidance. Still learning the ropes here.

Every once in a while one comes up for sale here. I managed to find one on eBay a couple of year back. It’s a heck of a shirt

I keep checking for a second hand one on the usual places but not seen one in a XXL or XXXL yet.

Scored one off the Facebook IH Buy/Sell page last December. The guy initially posted it for $600, and I was tempted but just couldn’t justify it. Then someone commented saying he’d never get that price and a lot of people downvoted him and basically shamed him into lowering the price to below original retail value. Definitely not my style and I felt bad for the dude, but when he edited his post asking $200 I jumped on it! Size medium and just a touch smaller than i prefer as I usually go large in western, but hey I make it work for sure. Just wore it last night, in fact!

The wild aftermarket will likely die down after the work shirt version drops and Japan releases the new western version.

I think I paid £350 for mine on eBay, unsure if I want the new 442 for summer and then the 332 UHF for winter months
