Lovely sunny weather for it! Was it quite choppy out there? Went down the seafront for a swim and the current was mental, saw lots of paddle boarders seriously struggling so I am glad I didn't take mine down
A little choppy in the harbour, I chatted to some guys on a fishing boat who had repaired to the harbour as it was just too choppy outside the entrance. I also saw a number of the fishing charter boats coming in early (I guess for the same reason).
A few SUP'ers about, looked like they were having major fun. Water temps are great…. -
I've come to the reluctant conclusion that our Kayaks may be victims of our big boat. Pilgrim is not large enough to store them onboard and our next (larger) boat may not have an elegant stowage capability for them. We will have a Rib (maybe two - a light and slow one, and heavy and fast one), so I'm thinking that the Kayaks just won't get used as I had originally intended them to be….
