I can totally understand you with Mannheim and Red Bull, but how can you have a dislike for Berlin -
today we went on the highest mountain of lower saxony the Wurmberg . Even having a fear of heights, the girls wanted to go with the cable railway
. but it wasn’t that bad as expected and the weather was awesome
here some impressions:

it’s unbelievable how destroyed the forest is. Almost nothing left , the bark beetle 🪲 killed them all .

This is a Kookaburra. They're a relative of the Kingfisher that's native to Australia, and they're about the size of a crow.
They're hunters, and I saw one today that had caught a small snake. That's the large worm in its beak. It's not a great photo, as I snapped it with my phone on maximum zoom.
