But it’s quite clear, Ollie is just the perfect person; accent, dialogue, rides a motorcycle, familiar with the lads, asks genuine questions in a preparedly spontaneous way, knows how to move the convo, knows how to edit. Well done

@Giles It seemed like the one thing that got you a little riled up was about the criticism that the forum is too nice and too positive overall. Can you expand on these criticisms where they come from?

We had a bunch of people a few years ago that really got pissed off that this was too nice a place to be. Very few of them are still members because most of them were complete ***** (may start with C and may end with S)….
They even started a parallel forum called something like "the real fucking Iron Heart Forum where you can call people cunts if you want to". They thought it would rule the world.
Well, guess what? Get fucked losers.....

We had a bunch of people a few years ago that really got pissed off that this was too nice a place to be. Very few of them are still members because most of them were complete ***** (may start with C and may end with S)….
They even started a parallel forum called something like "the real fucking Iron Heart Forum where you can call people cunts if you want to". They thought it would rule the world.
Well, guess what? Get fucked losers.....
Assholes always think they can do a better job. Usually, they can't. Because, well, they're assholes. Luckily, we've had relatively few of them throughout the years.

I've been listening to this and I feel like I should have been taking notes to share my thoughts.
But my main takeaway is I probably shouldn't be suggesting "tweaks" to overalls or other stuff anymore because it probably isn't ever gonna happen. I was under the (incorrect) impression that the Crew just told Haraki what to make and he does. Like more of a collaboration. Sorry @Alex @Giles

Suggestions are always good.
And as I said in the podcast, over 50% of what we stock is stuff we have dreamt up and asked H to make. The point I was trying to make is that there is a good way and there is a bad way of initiating the discussion with him.
BAD - Please make exactly this.
GOOD - We thought that something like this would sell well in the West, we think that it fits with the IH aesthetic, what do you think? lf you agree, we would love to see your spin on it. -
