Wax Treasure (Vinyl)

@Tago-Mago sometimes I forget how much of Yiddish is essentially re-purposed German.

Whenever I see the German title of this record I always picture a Jewish super hero in a cape

Brilliant record

Kraftwerk - Trans-Europa Express
Last record before heading to the Baleares. Would have loved to take the TGV train, but it’s an endless 14 hour ride (including train change in Paris) plus three hour ferry trip from Barcelona.
Heard the record during the two hours direct flight.

@GraemeE
This record is wild in the best way. Ecstasy of Dancing Fleas is such vibe

[WithBongInHand]

@endo banger!

[GraemeE]

@J-IV its hard to describe the group but if it were a (american) person it would probably donate money to pbs/npr

[J-IV]

@GraemeE if Vonnegut made music, it would be this

[68degreesorless]

São Paulo pickup….great bossa x samba jazz

[endo]

Not all that well-known, but exceptionally good.

I’ve yet to post in this thread but I’m working from home today so here goes…

Not sure if there are any diehard Glenn Danzig fans like myself here, but this is my most prized record in my collection.

Samhain - Initium (1984)
1986 repress on red vinyl - limited to 500 copies
