I “need” to soak these, but man…I may have to wear them this evening before the soak. They’re just too good. I’ve handled the denim before, but there’s something about it in the 634 cut. So good.

            Achually…

I have a couple others, but I like the 634 for the evenings and weekends and 666 on the job site. Don’t ask me why, I’ve got issues.

@northsouthdenimguy How come you need to soak them? Are they too big? Or do you want to soak them to prevent you from returning them haha

              Great pair man!

I typically soak all my indigo denim before the first wear regardless of what it is. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I also do an inside-out soak of every pair of jeans before wearing, regardless of whether it’s needed for shrinkage purposes.

It opens up the material and gets rid of the brand-new “flat-packed” look.

Can i use anyone to hem those jeans or should i use IH for it, because they are selvedge jeans?
                    What do most people do?

                    Thanks for your advice

@Luke_is_back you could use just about anyone, but I have always used IHUK or IHG to hem my pants.

@Luke_is_back this is chain stitching and often found/used on Ironheart Jeans:

This type of stitch often leads to roping:
