Grilled the remaining elk with carrots, grilled onions, red potatoes, and a Caesar salad. In typical fashion, I ate the whole time I was making it, so I was pretty full by the time I sat down for dinner. ‍️

It’s daikon with miso mayonnaise but it’s not pickled, we simmered it in dashi with a splash of shoyu
