A rare cooked breakfast for me and still one of my favourite things to eat.

My breakfast this AM.

Scrambled eggs with onion, shiitake mushrooms and two year-old cheddar.
Fried tomato, apricot raisin toast, and of course, coffee. Took Wolfgang hiking and decided we needed a good meal. He got a hard boiled egg along side his kibble
