What’s the deal with people putting their phone on speaker at full volume in public or watching YouTube videos out loud with no earbuds? Are people really that ignorant of personal space and the fact that nobody else wants to hear their conversation with their baby mama or whatever they’re doing?

Although, to be honest, I’ll take this over the Nextel two-way radio days when everyone talked like long-haul truckers with all the “10-4” radio lingo blasting at full volume.

I am gonna be that guy and complain about the weather. I should be camping, mountain biking and golfing by now. Yet we get this spring nonsense. Serves me right for taking my winter tires off last Friday.

@derek111 Good ol’ Canadian Spring…15 false starts and to top it off snow in October. You know better than to take the snow tires off…

Neighbour did the same on a Friday two weeks ago and snowstorm on Monday.

@northsouthdenimguy. Its no different than people driving with the windows down and music at full blast. Luck of environment awareness, selfish behavior, generally speaking people with IQ smaller than their waist size.

@yannis that one is my favorite, in the city here the bachata plays well past volume 11 all day and night, never understood the compulsion. I imagine it trumps having crisp new sneakers and is a better way to broadcast your lack of respect for those around you efficiently. Strange to me though it went from big bass when I was young to all vocals and less music.
