@pechelman I emailed them twice a few months ago. They never responded to the first email but they did to my more concise second email.

@pechelman I emailed them immediately after placing my order and they responded the next day. But then I asked two additional questions in two separate emails a few weeks apart with no reply. It's been at least a month and a few weeks from the time I sent the second and third emails. Idk what's going on.

I believe it may be one of those translational issues...in the past when I asked simple questions (easily translated) that I received prompt responses. Anything complicated and it was a slow return.

Thanks guys. They were simple emails, the first of which I sent immediately after an order to ask if they could omit drying the mid sole.

I know it's just barely onto April. But has anyone heard updates or anything from Zerrows sandals? I placed my order last fall, as stated on this thread. Just wondering if anyone heard anything. Thanks y'all.

@Oaktavia last season my sandals shipped in July. I think they are just starting to make those. You were early on your order so time feels slow

I just scrolled through the thread a little ways, I ordered mine on the 27th of September. Just got my email early this morning. Check your spam folder if you haven't yet.

Ordered on the 29th and still nothing. No replies either from the three emails I sent within a couple weeks of originally placing the order.
