      @Oaktavia I ordered mine on September 23rd, that would be cool to get them at the same time. I almost went with the turquoise, awesome choice. Maybe next year I’ll try to grab those. It was definitely hard to decide. When did you order yours?

        @ZackB yes the choices they have are tempting and make it hard to decide on just one. I had the black horsebutt in my cart first but decided I just love turquoise more. I ordered today, the 27th.

            Has anyone tried to contact them recently? I've emailed three times and sent one message through their online contact form over the past month with no response. Is there a better way?

              @pechelman maybe ask one of the retailers like @EastWest or dc4, but I feel like some of the japanese brands lack communication with b2c customers in general

                I haven’t emailed them in some time, but they were always a bit slow in their responses. If I recall correctly, it would often be a week or two…

                  @pechelman I emailed them twice a few months ago. They never responded to the first email but they did to my more concise second email.

                    @pechelman I emailed them immediately after placing my order and they responded the next day. But then I asked two additional questions in two separate emails a few weeks apart with no reply. It's been at least a month and a few weeks from the time I sent the second and third emails. Idk what's going on.

                      I believe it may be one of those translational issues...in the past when I asked simple questions (easily translated) that I received prompt responses. Anything complicated and it was a slow return.

                        Thanks guys. They were simple emails, the first of which I sent immediately after an order to ask if they could omit drying the mid sole.
