This project’s in Atlanta, Buckhead specifically. so in the city where zoning is somewhat better in terms of setbacks, etc.,

It allows you to build like you could 100+ years ago or so ago where you had denser living in cities, you don’t need the 35 or 70 foot setbacks on the front and rear etc like in the burbs
