Can anyone help with sizing on this last? I wear a snug 9 in RW Iron Rangers (could gone 9.5 but heel was slipping slightly).. 10.5 brannock, with 1 foot D and the other E

Hi
I would lean towards a 9.5 here, I wear a 10 in RW Iron Rangers, and I wear a 10 in these boots, but I go for the E last because I find the Last slightly more narrow than Red Wing.
Wesco boots will usually be 1 to 1.5 sizes down from your Brannock measurement. Comparing to other boot brands, Wesco boots are usually equal to Red Wing, Whites or Viberg.

@Jack massive help! Much appreciated!

not sure if anyone may have any input, but when it comes time to condition these, if I decided to use a Saphir product, I am trying to tell which color they offer most closely matches these. I am leaning towards the mahogany, but the medium brown is also a contender... any thoughts?
so I am going to experiement with the Saphir creme surfine in brown, it looks like a pretty good color match. I will post updates once I try it out

Just received mine and they are beauties!! I just tried them on, and have a question about the expected break in, right now it feels pretty hard on the heel, not terribly so, I went for 9D, the 9D MP95 last fit great when I tried them on and didnt get the same heel pressure, it feels like my heel is just getting pressed against the counter, as someone who is not super experienced with boots is this expected to soften up as they leather softens and footbed compresses? I wouldnt say they are unbearable by any means, just dont want to put wear on them if it sounds like I need a different size.
edit: maybe its not the heel counter but the heel cup, thicker socks solved the problem on right heel, still there although less so on left heel

@Ikeaparty I find work style boots always need a bit of cushion from the socks, if a thicker sock has mitigated the issue then thats the way to go. Is it uncomfortable from too much movement or too little?
-
@NickD makes sense! I would say too little, I had the same issue with a pair of Lofgren Chapman's and it's gotten better with more wear although not perfect yet but only worn around 7 fully days worth of wear all together.
Other than the left heel these feel really good though and the right one with the medium cushion merino sock vs a lighter dralon before feels way better

My first order arrived and the vamps on the pair were a little too mismatched for my liking and so I exchanged them for a second pair. Vamps are way better matched, but these pair have very distinct lines/creases up by the toe box. From some research on here and Reddit, it seems somewhat common with these boots, but I think mine are extra pronounced especially on the left boot. On the right it’s just a visible line, however on the left boot it’s a distinct divot/scratch into the leather. I’m overall pleased with them, despite not having worn them yet so can’t speak to break in, but I’m just wondering if this is something I should be concerned about or treat immediately to avoid the leather cracking more.

@MSav32323 I honestly don't think you've got anything to worry about with these lines, this is an area thats going to naturally crease as you walk anyway. See the pics i posted of my Guildsman's yesterday and they have creasing in exactly the same places.
Of course if you're not 100% happy you're always welcome to send us an email and I'm sure we accept them back for a refund.
