Very excited for this release pending measurements. I don't have a type III as I have a hard time balancing sleeve, chest and length with my build.

When will the updated measurements be released? Or are the ones on the website the ones I should consider?

When we have measured them. Once we have done that we will either update the sizing chart or say that an update is not needed.

Those lucky ones who had the chance to enjoy this wonderful jacket earlier, from your experience, how does this jacket shirnks?
Just trying to anticipate what size I should go with.

I'm 182 cm, 105 Kg and I wear from IH - a XXL 12oz shirt and this is how it looks on me:

With cold wash, no shrinkage.

@FK971 I never had this jacket but I have the 295ib and it definetely tightened up a good bit with the first (cold) wash. Did not take measurements and the construction of a shirt may result in different results with shrinkage but this is what I experienced.
