Ohh my kind of topic! Depends heavily on atmosphere, but a clean crisp West Coast Ipa is a safe bet for me. If im grilling nothing more delicious than a corona with lime. At a pub with Guinness on draft, dont mind if I do.
Some faves:
Three Floyds - Chicago/Munster, Gumball Head, watched Paul Skenes open at Wrigly with that. Special shout out to darklord day
