Thanks all. Ended up going with a xxl like all my loved IH shirts. I am scared shitless of spilling spaghetti on this thing. Does anyone protect this beauty when you first get it, or just be careful and live with it? Lightest coloured IH I have ever owned is going to be leather so trying to get numb with it.

The horizontal indigo bleeding, backside, came from IH-526SV.

New to the Pale Rider game
I fell in love with it when I saw it in the flesh for the first time at the 20th anniversary party. I have been hesitant since. Now finally fate struck as I stumbled over this second hand one, which was an absolute bargain. The previous owner must have worn it very rarely. It is still quite stiff and shows barely any signs of wear. The fit is pretty snug on the chest - don‘t know if it will stretch at all over time. I prefer to wear it unbuttoned tho.
However, so far I don‘t regret anything.

@don_pipone looks good! It doesn’t stretch at all. Don’t treat it, lest it darken and lose its suede feel.

It might has been answered before, but is there any way to stop it from shedding those leather particles or speed it up at least? I assume it will end eventually somewhere along the journey but it is a wee bit annoying.
