@Fadez ...I read 'dribble' at first and nodded knowingly... there are other things in your pictures that make me wonder how many people here have a 'turning japanese' thing going on. And I don't mean in the spirit of the Vapours!!

@Makarwise for me it’s mostly Vietnamese 🤣🇻🇳 I study Plum Village Community of Engaged Buddhism from Thich Nhat Hanh. I also on a personal level study Kriya Yoga under Ryan Kurczak (Babaji / Yogananda lineage). I do love me some Japanese art and jeans tho!

In our Dojo most of the members do also Kendō we therefore practice the 12 Seitei-Iai or Zenkenren-Iai Katas regulary too.

First week back to work after the winter vacation was a tough one. I spend half an hour on the Shakti and did a couple of Sun Salutations. Renewed and ready for a 80% Forkish Biga bread with the new Challenger bread pan 🤞 🤞

Im admittedly not well versed in this world but I find this specific set of recordings to be a useful meditative/therapeutic tool.

"In 1981, Coltrane participated in a marathon fifteen-hour session which yielded recordings that were released the following year as Turiya Sings, a cassette issued via the Vedantic Center's Avatar Book Institute in limited quantities. The album, which was intended for use by students of the Center, features Coltrane singing devotional songs in Sanskrit (her first recorded appearance as a vocalist)"
