        I'd say size up 1/2 a size for pfs. Wish I'd have done.

            I ain't no expert but I'm 9 in both.  (as in most of my boots/shoes, Or 42 eu size)

              I must add that I am certainly not an expert…I do have quite wide feet though. 10 in converse but pfflyers are just a little too small. Pinch my big toe. PFs are More comfortable IMO (when you size right)

                          8.5 squeezed in an 11 sounds like TORTURE

                          sorry for you cousin. i'll wear them for you.  that's two pair of black hightop winterized chucks i've been able to grab. . . might grab a pair for wifey so we can be that annoying couple with the same something on.
