@SKT yep…technically the splitting maul. We had a storm the other day the felled a few trees with some blocking the laneway. I pulled them out then. The other bit I pulled out using a utility plastic sled this morning, cut to size, and split. The kids can stack it

@goosehd put ‘em to work! I have a couple of their smaller axes and love the craftsmanship. Would like one of those mauls though…hmm.

@SKT …get the maul and the wedge. The maul by itself goes through ash like butter (well a little more force than that), and the wedge will go through some pretty twisted, fibrous wood. I have the small forest axe, the American felling axe, the splitting maul, and wedge. I love them all and would buy them again in a heartbeat.

@goosehd good to know. I have the Wildlife Hatchet and Small Forest Axe and both are great as take along tools in the woods. Will look to add the maul and wedge
