STF-CH201-OLV - STF 8oz Brushed Twill Chore Jacket - Olive
Handmade in London, STF’s interpretation of the traditional chore jacket offers a more refined silhouette and tailored fit while preserving the classic workwear charm. Cut with restraint, it features a corozo button placket, a single chest pocket, and two larger waist pockets — all buttonless to maintain clean lines — along with a discreet internal pouch. All-felled seams and polycotton constructional stitching ensure lasting durability.
This version is cut from a fine 8oz twill, creating a lightweight, breathable chore coat ideal for the warmer months. Woven from 100% organic cotton, this Oeko-Tex certified fabric is lightly brushed for a wonderfully soft texture.

I think it works, but dissenting views are welcome. Sleeve length is borderline but I think ok (sizing up would make minimal difference and definitely be too loose in the body for my taste). Everything else feels good.
Tradition says I should tell you if it’s buttoned or not, but I think you’re smart enough to work it out!
Very tempted to wear it tomorrow as we have a dress down day at work.

@ARNC the earth tones are great in this. I really think the jacket and pants compliment each other well.

I needed to give my jacket an early wash as it had picked up food smells that wouldn’t air out (and I don’t really want my wardrobe smelling of last week’s dinner, even if it was a good dinner). I’m pleased to report that it launders like a dream.
In case it helps, I let it soak through in tepid water, washed at 20°C, delicates cycle, 400rpm spin, then air dried and gave it a light tickle with a steam iron. No discernible difference from the day it arrived.

@ARNC I think this looks a perfect fit!

a couple of weeks ago as I couldn’t get my head round the measurements and ended up picking up an 🫒 instead. Really hope this works out as it looks so good!
