              Back pocket fades of this 19L can behave weird, as you can see here.
              The lining is causing this fades actually.

                  The fabric stays stiff on the 19L and the lining in the back pockets bunches up just a little and you get those interesting back pocket fades.

                    I always figured that the unsanforized denim just shrank more than the pocket lining when it went through the one wash process.

                      @jebrand. That makes sense also. Its difficult to keep the lining completely flat.
