Got an "seconds" indigo sashiko shirt from the last drop on the site. Since it's been cooling down I've been beating on it like a drum. I prewashed it to get the shrink out but that's it so far. Excited to see this beast unlock this winter.

Anybody manage to pick up a black sashiko shirt? I'm jealous of those who did!

@freepickin looking good man. I’ve been wearing mine a ton more now that the weather dipped. I did manage to snag the black also but not supposed to be delivered until sometime in November

Just washed my denim Townes in hope for some shrinkage.

And let me tell you. It became so much better. I wanna say perfect, but gonna give it a few days and see how it feels!
Arms shorten and got slightly narrower, chest shrink slightly and the over all length shrunk too. I hot soaked it in the tub for 45min before I tossed it straight in the washer on warm (40degrees Celsius) program with medium to gentle spincycles. Then hung dry over night. And it became great!

Left is brand new as it is, and right is after the wash. Not the best pictures but you can kind of get the point.
Now a great fitted shirt for the long haul🫶

@mecken88 Those look really good! The pocket flashes/stitch design is a welcome change. Both my pairs preced that addition. It looks so much better. And the move of the SJ tag off the pocket to the waistband is also a nice touch.

Since last Indigo invitational I got stuck in the loop of just wearing the same jeans even if I’m not entered now

I just got a trucker wallet from them. The Gibson, they call it. I like it but I'm not blown away by the leather. It's fine, but feels a bit over finished...almost plastic. To be clear, it isn't plastic, it's clearly a top grain leather. But it's stiff and exceedingly smooth which gives it a plastic like feel. I'm sure it will break in nicely and the hardware on it is top notch. Time will tell.

@edgarallanpoe congrats man! I had mine since January and I love it. It was my first ever “big, tall” wallet with a chain. But iv grown to love it. And can’t see myself with a different one now.

It does change quite a bit. I remember having some similar thoughts in the beginning. But I just let it be and gave it a chance. If softens up, molds, shapes, chance a ton of color and patina very nicely.

So if you give it a chance, you’ll probably end up loving it too
