couldn’t resist

Attractions - Biltbuck Lot.444 Avancorpo Buffalo Engineer Boots (Limited Edition)
pretty special leather and spectacular grain.
first impressions made by the shop, it’s Brogue in California and I can highly recommend them ! Awesome customer service!!

-
@Daniel-San whao!! And Brund is where I purchased my lot 444s as well… good people over there
-
@flannel-slut
you mean Brogue ? -
🥳 they arrived!!
once again I’am fascinated and stunned of the quality ! the grain of the leather is absolutely beautiful and very unique. It’s thick but quite soft, I’am sure they will be very comfortable to wear after a little break in. wasn’t aware that the buffalo midsole is much thicker than the normal 444, another awesome feature. See the comparison to my black ones.
here a few first pics :

-
@Daniel-San Love the thick midsole, gives the boot a totally other vibe.
-
@FlavourFade
absolutely! -
second day wearing this awesome boots .
the steer leather starts to soften and stretch. they fit tighter than the horsebutt versions but I guess that’s meant to be ,as I expect the leather to stretch a little. the thicker sole needs more break in , had a lot of heel slip on the first day but it’s almost gone now .
if someone’s after them , Standard and Strange have them now .

I hope it's okay if I hijack your thread @Daniel-San but I received my first pair of Attractions Boots.
Biltbuck lot.269ldt:
Made from a heavy teacore kipskin. Jamie @EastWest did a great job with sizing and shipping as always.

@FlavourFade
great choice!! thought about them too
Jamie is awesome ! -
He is!! First day with these I wore them a little around the house and outside for a couple hours. They are immediatly comfortable, there won't be a lot of breaking in, leather is so soft and the overall shape makes the boot snugg like a firm handshake, but not restricting. While I love my wescos for being that rugged option and very roomy, they are heavier and still need some time for the insole to break in properly. I think the Biltbuck are the ones to wear a whole day straight without any issues.

-
@FlavourFade really beautiful my friend, congratulations

-
@FlavourFade
awesome
, keep us updated!
curious how they will evo -
@FlavourFade this is one beautiful boot! Congrats
-
@Dmart thanks a lot! I am very happy with them. Will update as soon as something visible appears

-
Had to re-read the thread just from pure excitement
I missed the last restock of the 444 in November at EastWest.Jamie put me down on a waiting list for the next batch in a few months away.
But got curios how the boots look and feel now when you have owned your Attraction some weeks?
Have they met your expectations?

-
@mecken88 Hey buddy!! Important to know mine are the lot 269ltd, made from heavy kip skin. They are still great and I love them but did not wear them as much since I don't wear them to work like my wescos or red wings. Don't want to baby them but keep them a little nicer than my other options. What I realy like about them is that they feel light and are easy to wear but still are badass and very substantial. Also they start to develop some rolls already.
The only thing about them I am not totally in love with is the white outsole stitching that has a very high contrast to the black sole. I think it's gonna blend in more with wear.

-
@FlavourFade so nice to hear and a good read!
Sorry for not clarifying that, but I knew yours wasn’t the lot 444, but I was still curios. I love the look of both
🫶I hope the restock is not too far away, but Jamie said maybe 5-6 months so I’m prepared for a wait. I’m just so darn excited.
Hope people continue to post patina updates, so I can live through your hype, before I can hopefully own a pair of my own some day🥰

-
@mecken88 you can also try DC4 in berlin, in summer they told me they ordered the Lot 444 too, so maybe worth a try, it's also a great shop.
Wore the 269 today for a nice long walk to the christmas market in town and I can say with confidence that they are among the most comfortable boots I ever owned.
