I generally give a first hotsoak with a piece of wood for minimal shrinkage at the waist. I'm not sure if it is the right way but it works just fine with my Samurai.
with wood? like a 2x4? just curious never heard of this.

Tinman: the wood-method is very simple, really… Just measure a plank of some kind right to your waistsize, place it in the waist, place the jeans in the tub. Prevents it from shrinking more than intended.

Hey guys, was wondering if anybody could answer me if size 28 leg opening is 7" or 7.5" for 666s? Do makes a lot of difference. Thanks!

I just checked a pair of size 28s and the leg opening is actually about 7.3" so we'll need to amend our sizing chart ???
