Have you noticed noticeable "shrink" as the jacket evolves? I remember TJ mentioning it.

@tvaillant75 yes actually quite a bit, most in the arms because of the creases and fold making them shorter.

The leather molds forms to you body so ever so slightly shorter in the body too but not as much as the arms.
It’s a great leather and I’m eager to see if it continues to change over time

@tvaillant75 not so significant shoulder shrinking, more that they form, mold and become less stiff and boxy and more figure forming.
They “relax” and drape more than when the jacket was brand new.
No problem will probably just continue to post over the months of wear
