Someone explain the bench boost and triple captain thing please. Thanks.

@Nick - when you play the ‘Bench Boost’ token, it means all your subs’ points count towards your weekly score for that week - so all 15 squad members contribute rather than the usual 11.

Your selected captain gets a x2 multiplier every week - that is uplifted to x3 (for that week) when you play the ‘Triple Captain’ token.

You used to get one of each token per season (plus the ‘Free Hit’ where you can select a whole new squad of 15 players for a week), but I think I read there are two of each token this season - possibly one pre-Christmas, and one after, but don’t quote me on that…

No Arsenal players is my only rule. Quite tricky to pluck what Spurs players I want in: Kudus, van der Ven, Solanke (will do bits this season), Eze, Savinho etc etc

Right you lovely lot, the season is upon us!

Have most peoples money, some bringing down next week, some waiting to be transferred, but I trust you all - 17 people confirmed, 16 in the league at the moment and I have a friend joining. That means a tasty pot of £255. Prize breakdown is as follows:

League
1st Place - £120
2nd Place - £60
3rd Place - Entry for next season +£10 (so technically £25)

Cup winner - £50

I wanted to reward 2nd and 3rd slightly higher due to the amount of commitment and agg it actually takes over the course of a season!

Hope this works for you all and I hope the season is not too stressful and it doesnt ruin all of your weekends cough @Steve
