@Danimal506 yea. The more I think about it the more uncomfortable that price gets. Comparatively the oiled N1 deck jacket looks to be warmer and dare I say, quite a bargain. Not apples to apples at all but it’s 80% wool 20% alpaca lining is fucking amazing. Haven’t worn mouton before though.

I couldn't make up my mind on sizing, and already have a freenote shearling that kind of fills this niche, so in my 30 seconds of waffling, I was left out, which is probably for the best. Oh well, there's $1000 more in my Europe budget for next month, haha

@Darth-fader Mike said something about it being hundreds that tried at the same time, fighting over 80 jackets.

It’s a hard release with high chance of failure, but at the same time it’s also 80 happy customers so it’s not impossible

Probably a whole lot of luck, majority seemed to do the exact same thing, instant buy with Apple Pay or shop pay. Everyone just as quick as the next one, but the limited amount of 80 will still get filled quick.

So quick internet, great timing of refreshing the site upon release, or just sheer luck‍️

I still dream of one!
I have been just as quick as I can on all three releases and no luck. So maybe on the fourth time if it ever comes back!!
With every release they have ever so slightly made more jackets with each release. So maaaybe we can hope if there’s a next time, they will make a few more🫶

Eitherway, it seems to be a great jacket! True grail for me and I really hope I’ll be able to own one some day!🫶
